The Belvedere Condominium is one of the older complexes in Arlington Virginia, having been built in 1987. It can best be described as a stately building with a lot of character, standing majestically on a hill in Rosslyn at 1600 Oak Street, easily accessible off Arlington Boulevard.

Floor plans are spacious and all units offer glass-enclosed balconies with lots of natural light.

The Belvedere HOA Fees
There is a monthly condo fee at The Belvedere covering the usual external building maintenance, trash, and sewer, snow removal, etc. in addition to the numerous aforementioned amenities. Currently (as of September 2016) these fees run from approximately $440 per month to just under $2,000 per month, but as with all condo fees, they will rise gradually as the years go by.
