Arlington Ridge is a good place to purchase a home since like most of its neighbors and Arlington County in general, it has managed to maintain its prices or have seen very insignificant decreases in home prices. Apart from being beautiful, it is convenient to the highways – 395, 66, 50 – making driving across the border into DC a cinch while being accessible to the Metro Rail and Metro Bus services.
Reagan National Airport is 10 minutes away as well.
With its proximity to The Pentagon, it is not surprising to find a fairly large military presence calling Arlington Ridge home. The Army-Navy Country Club is five minutes away, as are the Air Force Memorial, 911 Memorial and Arlington National Cemetery.
Students in Arlington Ridge Arlington VA is served by Abingdon Elementary, Gunston Middle and Wakefield High Schools, all part of the Arlington Public School System.
